Singer Island Real Estate Market Update – September 2025
As of early September, the Singer Island real estate market has 217 properties currently for sale, including 175 condominiums and 25 single-family homes. There are 18 properties currently under contract and 165 closed sales year-to-date.
Over the summer (since June 1st), 45 condos and 7 single-family homes sold. The luxury condo market continues to hold its own accounting for 40% of the total sales over the summer with 3 sales above $3 million, 5 sales between $2–$3 million, and 10 sales between $1–$2 million. This is the time of year when new listings hit the market and properties that did not sell last season are put back onto the multiple listing service. Looking ahead to the 2026 season, the market appears to be shifting toward a balanced—if not buyer-favoring—environment in the mid-tier price range, thanks to higher inventory and more measured sales activity. That said, luxury waterfront condos and high-end residences continue to outperform, fueled by steady demand from affluent buyers seeking prime Palm BEach County coastal living.
In commercial news, the Ocean Blue office building and parking garage at 2655 North Ocean Drive recently sold for $16.5 million. The five-story, 45,000-square-foot building sits on 1.7 acres and includes a three-level garage with 200 spaces. Now about 70% occupied, it is home to Greg Norman’s business , the Florida Sugar & Molasses Exchange, and soon Le Petit Prince Café, opening in January. While the site carries development potential for up to 225,000 square feet of new mixed-use or residential space, the buyer’s immediate focus is on stabilizing the existing asset and leasing the 5,500-square-foot ground-floor space.
