Singer Island Market Update May 2026
As of May 12, condominium sales on Singer Island, including Palm Beach Shores, remain steady year over year. A total of 71 condominiums have sold so far in 2026, matching the same period in 2025 and slightly ahead of the 67 sales recorded in 2024.
Sales volume has also continued to strengthen, reaching approximately $97 million year-to-date, compared with $96 million in 2025 and $73 million in 2024.
The luxury segment remains an important driver of the market. So far this year, 16 condominiums have sold at or above $2 million, representing approximately 53% of total condominium sales volume. Notable sales include $4.8 million at the Ritz-Carlton Residences and $4.25 million for the penthouse at One Singer Island. By comparison, sales above $2 million represented 49% of volume during the same period in 2025 and just 27% in 2024.
Among 2026 condominium sales, four closed above $4 million, five sold between $3 million and $4 million, seven closed between $2 million and $3 million, and 18 sold between $1 million and $2 million.
The single-family home market is a little slower so far this year, with 12 sales compared with 21 at this point in 2025. Total single-family sales volume is approximately $31.5 million, compared with $58 million last year.
However pending activity remains healthy, with 13 single-family homes and 26 condominiums currently under contract. Inventory is also similar to this time last year, with 233 properties currently listed, including 212 condominiums and 17 single-family homes.
Cash buyers continue to play a significant role, accounting for approximately three-quarters of condominium purchases over the past three years.
