Singer Island Market Update March 2026
As of March 10, there are 236 condominiums and 25 single-family homes listed for sale on Singer Island. In addition, 22 condominiums and 6 single-family homes are currently under contract. So far this year, 26 condominiums and 4 single-family homes have closed.
The highest condominium sale on Singer Island so far in 2026 is Residence 2203A at the Ritz-Carlton Residences, which sold for $4,800,000 and included the added benefit of a rare private two-car garage. The Ritz-Carlton Residences has accounted for 5 of the 26 condominium sales this year. On the single-family side, 1161 Pine Point Road also sold for $4,800,000. This 3,600-square-foot new construction home was completed in 2025.
Developer activity also continues to generate interest in Palm Beach Shores, where sales are underway at HAVN Residences & Yacht Club and 123 Ocean.
123 Ocean, planned for 123 South Ocean Avenue is a new boutique oceanfront condominium development expected to include 27 residences in a six-story building. Groundbreaking is projected for 2026, with completion currently projected for late 202.
HAVN Residences & Yacht Club, located at 176–184 Lake Drive, is a 36-unit waterfront condominium community created through the redevelopment of the former Cannonsport property. The project has included extensive upgrades to both the residences and common areas, including roof replacement, pool renovations, fitness center remodeling, parking improvements, and interior and exterior enhancements. The result is a refreshed boutique waterfront condominium and marina community in the heart of Palm Beach Shores.
Looking ahead, another project that could influence the future of Singer Island’s oceanfront skyline is the former Coral Sea site at 3930 North Ocean Drive. According to recent reports, Turnberry has received site-plan approval and initial zoning approval for a proposed 200-foot condominium building with 52 units. The Riviera Beach City Council voted 3–2 in favor of the zoning change, although the measure still requires a second vote before taking effect. If ultimately approved, the project could pave the way for a significant new luxury condominium development near Ocean Reef Park.
